｡･::･ﾟ★ General Conditions ｡･::･ﾟ☆
By paying for this artwork, you confirm that you agree to the following terms:[1] The client must provide a minimum of two reference image that accurately visualizes the commission they want.
[2] I will not illustrate any form of gore, offensive topics (hate speech, lolicon, any type of phobia, etc.), NFTs, AI Art, ship art, or heavy machinary.
[3] All goods will be strictly digital; nothing physical will be sent.
[4] I do not consent to my artwork being used for NFTs or AI artwork.
[5] Unless the commission is designed to be in nature or we talk about it beforehand, the client is not allowed to trace or edit the commission.
[6] During the commissioning process, both the client and artist must remain civil, communicative, and polite.
[7] If you wish for the commission not to be shared publicly and/or posted on social media platforms, I must be informed before the commission is finished.
[8] Using it for streams, profiles, etc. is alright; however, there must be credit somewhere, or I might ask you to remove my art.
[9] Client MUST be 18+ for NSFW. If, at any point, I suspect you are a minor, I will blacklist you for asking for NSFW.
[10] Full payment must be recieved before I start the commission process
Terms of Service are subject to change at any time.
｡･::･ﾟ★ Payment Information ｡･::･ﾟ☆
1. PayPal, CashApp or through VGen are the only ways to pay me2. It will be the responsibility of the client to inform me once they send their payment.3. Alterations can be done, but if multiple are made (after 3) I will ask for compensation. (+$5)
｡･::･ﾟ★ Copyright ｡･::･ﾟ☆
I, the artist, will always retain the rights to the finished commission and my original art. At no point is the client allowed to take credit for the commission and pass it as their own. You are allowed to use my artwork for streams, display, as a profile, etc, as long as credit IS given. If not, I will ask for you to take my art down. Any commercial use will be an additional $50 added.
IV. Commission Process
1. Usually it will take me within 7-60 days to deliver. It may take me longer due to me having multiple commissions amd because I am also in college. Feel free to ask for WIP updates whenever! If there is a specific deadline I ask you please mark so in the form.2. For any information regarding updates, you can reach me through email ([email protected]) or any of my social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, VGen, or Discord). I am most active on Discord (@stoneyfawx) and that is the best place to catch me.
｡･::･ﾟ★ Refunds ｡･::･ﾟ☆
Refunds are not allowed unless I cannot complete the commission due to unforseen circumstances. Asking for one will blacklist you from future commissions.
